Volatile Fire on the Blast Furnace

We are on this boss right now and we are on pull 9 and the first seven pulls we saw no volatile fire being cast.

Now all of a sudden the last 2 pulls we see volatile fire and it is targetting the entire raid instead of a random party member like the tooltip says.

Any1 got any info?

This should be resolved now, you may need to pull and reset the boss once if you were already in the instance.
