We're aware of the issue some/most of you are having logging onto characters using Macs on the PTR. This is a high priority issue that we're still researching and investigating, and as such I do not have an ETA.
At this current point in time we don't need any logs or system profile specs, but we'll be sure to reach out to you if that's needed. Your patience is appreciated while we work through these issues.
