IT WORKS (character copy)

I got it to work. First, just scroll down to NA, or wherever your toons are located. Then, wait a few seconds for it to appear (your characters). Highlight and copy. Mine worked fine.

You may have to select a different region and then go back to yours for it to work.

We're looking into the "Copy Failed" error. Glad to hear it's working for a lot of you though.

Sorry, I'm trying to get that error message updated to something more helpful.

The Web-based Character Copy is not the system we're using these days to do Character Copies for PTR and Beta. We've replaced it with an in-game option. Clicking the "Copy Character" button on the Character Selection screen will get you started.
