Alchemy work orders

I have seen that multiple people have had this issue and I was wondering if it is still bugged.

Basically I start the work order quest.. it works find up until I need to pick up the work orders. There is no location to pick up the work orders and the question mark above the assistants head is still grey.

What do I do?
