[H] Forge shipment pick up

I currently cannot place more orders at the Forge (lvl 1) because it says my shipment is ready for pick up, though the "crate" never activates, and there is no image of the order being ready. But when i interact with the NPC to place orders, it clearly states that I have an order for pick up, and as such, I cannot make new ordewrs until i pick up the one that doesn't display.
