PTR Realm Maintenance - 1/31/14

Greetings! The PTR realms are currently coming down for maintenance. I'll be updating this thread with information and time estimates as I receive them.

Current ETA is 4pm PST.

We're running into a few minor issues. Current ETA is 5pm.

The issues we've encountered have been with the patching system, so the realms are reporting the new, correct version but players aren't being prompted to download the patch. This is why the realms are appearing red and you guys aren't able to login.

I don't have an updated ETA as we're still investigating why this is occurring. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Shouldn't be too much longer, thanks for being patient.

We're still looking into the issue with the patch not deploying, no ETA at this time.

Patching is going out and the realms are up, so you guys should be able to get in. Thanks for remaining patient.
