So in the Shadow Priest trait looks like traits are increasing yout mind sear damage but you dont have mind sear anymore,i dont understand why they still left mind sear option on traits ... just to waste some ap ..

Shadow Priests do still have Mind Sear. It is now a passive ability (which can be found in the spell book) and triggers when you channel Mind Flay on a target afflicted with Shadow Word: Pain.
