Chug and Chuck! - can't pick up the q items

Hello. I'm having some troubles with the quest "Chug and Chuck!". For some strange reason, I can't pick up the mugs (the q item that's on the table next to the q giver). Anything I can do? :'((

The item is unique, you perhaps have one already in your bags, or in the bank?
