28/12 Free respec limit with T.B.C.

With our latest patch, “Before the Storm”, we implemented most of the new talents which will carry over into the Burning Crusade ahead of schedule.

Because of these major changes to players’ talent trees we decided to provide all our players with a free respec.

At this time we plan to make some additional changes only to the Rogues’ and Druids’ talent trees, which effectively means that they will need an additional reset of their talents.

Therefore, since these two classes are currently the only two to be slated for such significant changes to be implemented they will be the only ones receiving an additional free respec.

Although it is not planned at this time, should we decide to make significant changes to any other classes’ talents, then we would more than likely provide them with a free respec also.

It's great that we got new talents ... but ... i spent a lot of time and gold experimenting and respeccing until i got a build i was happy with. After last patch i had to start all over again and have allready respecced 3 of my characters after that. Is there any chance that we get our respec costs reset (perhaps when TBC is released), because it's going to cost a fortune by now

A reset of the respec costs has not been mentioned. However, should we hear something to the contrary, then we will, of course, let you know :)

I'd just like to say the title for this topic is a bit misleading, it's about the fact that Druids/Rogues are getting a free respec Soon(TM) because they received some intensive changes. But the title doesn't specifically imply this, it implies it's about a limit for free respecs or something along those lines. Might be worth changing the topic title to, say, "28/12 Talent Reset for Druids/Rogues with T.B.C".

If that is your only concern with this post you must be a happy puppy :)
