I have parental controls off, I have contacted support and made tickets making sure it is off, they soft reset my account apparently. Yet when I play the game I am unable to access voice chat saying parental controls are restricting it. I did not have this problem last season, it only started this one. I am still unable to access vc despite everything being off. Nothing is working.

Hello! Sorry for the delayed reply. Could you please try this and let me know if it works for you?

Please go to your battle.net account settings in a web browser. Go to the section titled “privacy and communication”. Click the blue “update” button in the top right. Then, make sure that your “Voice Chat” setting is set to “Listening and Speaking”.
