Unopened loot boxes not opening at beginning of season

I had some loot boxes from last season that were left unopened. They are auto owned at the start of a new season, I just launched Season 16. On the home screen, it says i have 7 remaining boxes, but when i go to open them, it says “0 remaining boxes”. i checked my loot box history and there was never an auto open for today.

Hello - Very sorry this issue occurred. We believe this was resolved for folks at 12pm PDT (an hour after the season launched). You can review what was earned from each lootbox in the Lootbox Details page, linked at the bottom right of the Lootbox screen in-game.
