Still have not been able to play at all since the update

It is now day three of not being able to play the game after paying for the battlepass. I cannot shoot my primary or secondary weapons using mouse left and right click. If I remap them to the keyboard, they work. Obviously, this does not help, and one cannot paly like that. I have tested every hero in the gallery, and any that have abilities with icons for left or right click at the bottom or missing. In setting, everything is correct, both in the general hero settings and the individual hero settings. I have reset settings, scanned and repaired, rebooted, uninstalled and reinstalled, unplugged everything and plugged it back in.
At this point, I am really irritated, and annoyed that I can’t play the game that not only did i just drop more money on for a battlepass, but have been playing with no issues since 2018. Hopefully the submit tickets gets a response soon, or this gets seen, since the first one did not.

Hello - I am very sorry you’re experiencing this issue. We are working on a fix, but we believe if you globally reset your input settings to default it should allow you to play immediately.
