Overwatch stuck at 30FPS and low resolution

First time opening since the Jan 21 2025 patch. GPU is a 7900XTX and CPU is a 5950x. Other games, like Assassin’s Creed, works great.

Overwatch is stuck at 30 FPS/frames per second, GPU utilization is at 22%. I’ve confirmed nothing in the driver settings could be the issue. Resolution is set to 4k x 165hz within the game. Issue happens during full screen, window, borderless window. Settings ranged from low to epic.
