To the heroes of Overwatch,
We want to keep you up to date on some of the bugs and issues we’re aware of that are affecting the game. This is not a complete list of all currently tracked issues affecting Overwatch 2, rather, this is a targeted list of some known specific issues with this release.
We’re sorry for any inconvenience, and we appreciate y’all’s understanding. Our team is working to resolve these issues, and we will provide more information as soon as we have updates!
Current Issues
- We are aware of an issue where players may not be able to access HDR calibration.
- We are aware of an issue where the game may ask you to restart to apply changes when no changes have been made.
- We are actively investigating an issue with some of the skins offers in Maximilien’s Vault not displaying any discounts or being marked as ‘owned’ for some players.
- Skins that are discounted in Maximilien’s Vault will show their full price value when navigating to those skins in the Heroes Gallery, and will prompt users to purchase more Coins if players do not have enough to cover the full price of the skin. Completing the purchase of those skins from the Heroes Gallery will still only charge the discounted amount presented within Maximilien’s Vault.
