Mythic Weapon kill effects not working

After the patch on 2026/06/16, some mythic weapon kill effects are not working. I don’t have all of them, but of the ones I do have:

Juno: Does not work. No visual effect or sound.

Ana: Does not work. No visual effect or sound.

Ashe: Does work. Visual effect and sound.

Prior to the patch, all three worked fine. I have checked my settings. “Disable All Kill Effects” and “Mythic Weapon - Disable Custom HUD” are “Off” for all heroes. I have scanned/repaired Overwatch via Battle.Net and restarted the game. This did not fix the problems.

Hello - Thanks for this report. Please would you try un-equipping and re-equipping the Mythic Weapons where you are seeing this issue? We believe that should resolve the issue.
