Hello,
I have been experiencing a serious PlayStation account issue for more than 3 weeks.
Symptoms:
• Custom Games browser shows no lobbies at all (completely empty)
• Overwatch friends list not visible
• Cannot receive invites or messages from friends
• Competitive profile shows placements with 0 wins on all roles
• My match history clearly shows I played and won before this issue started
• Matchmaking queue becomes extremely long or never finds a game
Important details:
• The issue happens only on PlayStation
• The same account works normally on PC
• Other accounts on the same PlayStation work normally
Troubleshooting already tried:
• Reinstalling the game
• Restarting console
• Testing different networks
• Resetting console cache
• Relinking Battle.net and PlayStation account
None of these steps fixed the problem.
Because friends, matchmaking, competitive data, and custom games all stopped working at the same time, this strongly suggests a PlayStation backend account synchronization issue.
