Stadium Bug - UI disappears every round+can't access armory

I’m having an issue with Stadium where when every new round starts, the UI (teammates/enemy hp, teammate outlines, the score/points/cash, etc) disappears, I can’t press tab to see the scoreboard or get into the armory, and I can’t hear the announcer voice. The seemingly only way to fix it is to leave the match and come back, but I’m worried about being threatened with suspension for doing so. If I don’t do that I can’t play the game as I can’t see who I’m healing as support or dealing damage to as dps/tank. I’ve already been accused of throwing when the game is really bugged right now :frowning:

I’m able to see the UI from the death cam when an enemy kills me though for some reason.

Hey all, we are sorry that you’re still experiencing this issue. We’re having a tough time narrowing down this bug on our end, so some information from you all, especially those of you who are getting this in 80-100% of your games, will help us fix this issue.

Can you please help supply us with this info:

  • The device you play on (PC/PS5/Switch/etc)

    • If you are on PC, what are your specs? (RAM, CPU, GPU, etc)

    • If you are on PC, are you running through Steam or Battle.net

    • If you are on PC, are you playing in Full Screen or Windowed

  • Are you encountering this in Stadium QP, Stadium Competitive, or both?

  • What sort of network are you connecting on (Fiber, Hotspot, etc)

    • Is it wired or Wifi?
  • Were you in a group or solo when the bug occurred?

We really appreciate the help as we continue to look into this bug.

Hey y’all,

We really appreciate your help and patience as we continue to investigate this bug. Your replies have definitely helped us.

As mentioned in other comments, can you all please attempt to turn off the Server Send Rate Limit option under the Gameplay - General - Network settings? If you still encounter the bug after setting this, can you please let us know? We are continuing to try to work on a fix for this, but are hopeful this is a good first step.

Hello! The 2.21.1.1 patch went live yesterday (3/31/26) including a fix for this issue. Please try out Stadium and report back if you’re still seeing the issue. Thank you all for your patience and your help tracking this down!
