When I go to buy a hero with gold or gems I get the pop up saying: “You have a pending transaction. Please try again once that transaction completes” This has been an issue for a few days

This is an issue for Customer Support, and not this Bug Report forum. Try opening a ticket with Customer Support and they can help fix the issue.
