Zenith Item Issues [merged]

Well long story short, i was previewing all of the zenith weapons from the reward chest and i miss clicked on confirm, and worse of all i did it on the torch and as a necromancer i do not have a use for it.
Well it also turns out the skin is soulbound so i can’t just trade it to one of my alts, if its possible to either rollback my receiving the chest or just straight replacing the skin for something else (Dagger would be cool) i would be tremendously grateful.

The items are soulbound when created, but the skin itself is account bound. (Like HoM rewards.)

We’re looking into the concern, specifically about Zenith items. Please hold up on the matter until we have more info.

It’s 2:22 am, I just worked a 8 hour shift until midnight and I knew that today was the day that I get my new zenith skin. I planned for this skin for days. I waited and I anticipated.. right now I’m crushed. I wanted the greatsword skin, and I even spent my only 6 gold on a berserker’s greatsword just for that skin, but as soon as I go to apply that skin, I realized that I somehow picked the hammer skin. Horror is the only way to describe how I feel, is there anything that can be done? I haven’t touched the skin and have since logged out. Any help would be appreciated, it was an honest mistake.

Just to let you know, I merged your thread into a somewhat larger one about the Zenith items. Please note we are investigating this issue and hope to have more info soon.

Please note the different comments from players about this system. They make very valid points about eligibility. If you have issues, know that we’re investigating, but there are also misunderstandings about how things are supposed to function, so be aware of that as well.

I have a different problem with the zenith skins. I was careful with picking the skin so I got the correct ones. But when I applied the skin (specifically the zenith trident), I could no longer see my trident. It’s like it became invisible and I also could no longer see the preview of the zenith trident when trying to preview skin on my achievement window.

What’s odd is that other people can see the zenith trident on my character and can preview the skin without any problem.

Any idea how to resolve this kind of problem?

Wow, no, I don’t have any info on this. But obviously, “that can’t be right” comes to mind. Have you submitted a Bug Report?
