Hey guys!!

So ive recently started a Youtube channel that’s going to have game plays and education/instructional videos of gw2 pvp and most likely pve. I do intend to build my channel to a popular state and from what I understand ArenaNet or NCSOFT (not to sure) don’t allow monetization via Youtube of there games.

1. Are we allowed to post Guild wars 2 videos if we are signed with a gaming network such as TGN or some other place ??

2. Can we freely post videos on youtube about Guild Wars 2 even if we are not joined to a gaming network and are not monetizing uploads with Youtube.

3. If we can freely upload gw2 videos without being joined to a gaming network how do I credit NCSOFT or ArenaNet, do we put it in the video description or credits at the end of the video something like “Gameplay is property of NCSOFT / ArenaNet bla bla bla” ?

4. Is there some kind of official legal document from ArenaNet / NCSOFT that we can get access to in case youtube ever put a copyright claim on one of my videos ??

I would like to someday reach a point where I can make some money via joining a gaming network but not entirely sure about the copyright stuff. I would really appreciate if dev or someone official could answer my question

Cheers.
