my brother got this error only today. yeah we all know why (good thing i bought mine separately). And because we’ve seen a lot of posts relating to the same issue, what we need to know now is this:
to all those users who got the same error: i couldn’t find a single post however that your issue was resolved or received any closures at all. so is there anyone out there who got their accounts back when they received this error? or is everyone still waiting for their tickets???
to arenanet: this is not a rant. we just want our accounts back, whatever it takes. don’t tell us to go back to the retailers because we’ve buried them already to the ground. so we’re not expecting any refunds. so a couple of questions for you:
1. what do we have to do to reactivate our accounts (yes the full package, without any item loss, same faces, same kitten). because i logged in to the guild and found my bro’s character is still there, so it IS still alive.
2. if this means buying another set of codes, then yes we are happy to do that, but ONLY if it will bring back the same kitten that we had. NOT a new account.
so we just need answers is all. here’s the support ticket 121018-000242 just in case, but i don’t expect any replies in the near future for this.
