WvW. I get rooted when building rams

When building rams I am rooted to the ground and cannot move for several seconds afterwards. I think it happens when I am the last to finish building. The ram is finished building and I haven’t accidently pressed ‘F’ to operate the ram. My weapons skills are still showing. I maybe have to wait 3-5 secs before I can move again and I cannot use any skills. It happens on my warrior.

I put together a fix for being rooted to the ground last week. This will probably make it into the game later this month. It also fixes things like blinking skills, persisting skills effects and animations, etc.
