Wrongly Suspended without any warning.

A couple of days ago, I attempted to log onto one of my characters when I got home (not going to say name) but strangely, when I clicked play, it asked me to change my name. I thought that was odd, because honestly, my name wasn’t offensive at all, I have many people who love it and no one has ever taken offense to it. It really isn’t offensive. So I thought it was just some game bug, and renamed it the same, but took out the “s” at the end. Couple days later, my account is suspended for 3 days. I had no warning, no email, no nothing telling me this could happen, as it was very unexpected. I’m also outraged at the length of time it got suspended for. 3 days? I submitted a ticket and would really like to talk to someone because I think this is unfair, and I got no warning.

You used a drug reference, clearly prohibited by the Naming Policy. You then renamed with the same drug reference.

Repeated naming violations may result in longer suspension, and even account terminations. Next time, choose wisely.
