wrongfully banned - 3rd party program

Do not get me started on using the support tickets.

I want you to know that we take great care when analyzing accounts prior to termination. We are both diligent and conservative in determining which accounts are using programs of this type, and we terminate an account only after we are certain that such use has occurred.”

“While we appreciate your concern regarding the status of your account, unfortunately we are unable to provide additional information in response to your inquiry.”

ANET have you anything else to say other than canned responses? Give my friend a chance to show nothing wrong was being done. Let us run some program by you that can scan all memory and programs or whatever. Getting banned for using a 3rd party program while crafting is just RIDICULOUS.

Dilligent and conservative my @#$%! If you are so certain that such a program is used – like in the email response.. then sad to say you have idiots for reviewers.

This forum is not a place to appeal a ban. Since you did not share any information for me to look into about your friend, and it looks like they have already received their final answer, I am closing this thread.
