This is my brothers account. I played a lot during the trial. I enjoyed the game. I tried to upgrade my account, but now instead of Seven Inch Compliment.4156 it has me logging into Seven Inch Compliment.4157 – my characters and the massive work I put in are GONE. I went through the registration system and was trying to see if my characters still existed. It created a duplicate account, using the same email, without my characters. There’s no longer a reason for me to purchase GW2. Good luck with your game.
