Won't let me log in, Just downloaded.

Long story short – Downloaded game off Gamestop. paid the price, did what was asked of me, downloaded, installed, updated. Everything. Registered my code, made an account, logged into the website.

Then, when it finishes downloading, I go to log in and get shafted. So, after about 50 times of this, I try to reset my password. I click ‘forgot password’

I get a screen that says ‘this is not available’ Brilliant.

So I try going into my account on the website and changing the pw there. No go.

I don’t know what else to do. I’ve filed two support tickets, both unanswered for several hours. I’m trying to have patients but when I drop 65 dollars on something, I expect some sort of playtime that day.

A response would be kindly appreciated.

I am sorry for this situation. Usually, we find its a typo in the account name or password, but don’t worry, the support team can help you. Please don’t submit any more tickets, though: One will get you the fastest help possible.

No sorry, I don’t. It’s determined by volume. However, there are support agents on duty, and they’ll help as soon as they are able to do so. Please be aware that updating a thread about an individual issue isn’t really going to speed things up. If you need help in three days, you can post in the “Tickets for Review” thread stickied at the top of this forum. However, I feel sure you’ll be helped before then.

Nope, the game is just fine. We want to help so please contact Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page. They will be able to assist you. For tips on what information to provide in a ticket, please read this post.
