17 days ago, I submitted a ticket and havent get any response. Seriously, GM needs more than 17days to reply to a ticket?

This issue initially started when I try to deposit item into the bank but the items disappeared from inventory without any guild log. Shortly after, the gw2 client throws me with an error and I have to restart the game client.
This time, when I try to move my items over to my inventory, the guild log registered my action but items are not in my inventory. I took screenshots of both my inventory and guild bank log as prove. Please help me to retrieve back my items!
