Wintersday high level Skritt low level area

I was just south of Agnos Gorge on my Elementalist when one of the presents exploded and level 31 skritt were running around it. They despawned after a few minutes but I though you should know about that, being that the area is level 12

This should be fixed now- that is, the issue of high level skritt spawning. If you’re still seeing them let us know. Thanks!
