I’m just asking because, while I could go back and play MORE of the original GW, I was wondering if anyone knows if they have plans to let some of the non-GW1 players, or those who didn’t fill their HOM to ever get these items/upgrades/bonuses.
Any help/info is appreciated

Just stepping in to confirm that those bonuses from the Hall of Monuments will not be available for those that did not play GW1 in the first place. 
As it has been correctly stated all over the thread, the different bonuses constitute a reward to those players that accompanied us during GW1.
We close the thread now.
