Will I be responded to by email or website?

Yeah hey, I sent a support ticket about changing my current email since I can’t access it (stupid Yahoo!) so I’m wondering, will any response be sent to me via email or website?

It’s important to know that I need to have everything talked about on the website itself using private messages, or maybe instead send it to my second email I named in the support ticket.

Hey guys, thanks for helping me out with this problem so quickly!

A couple games denied my request for an email change but you guys threw me a bone and helped me with this problem. Thank you very much, looking forward to playing GW2 more!
