Posting for my wife since she is unable. Her account sakuradawn.1478 just got terminated for using an exploit.
Neither of us have ever come near using an exploit to our knowledge. We frequently buy gems (40 dollars worth last week) and have been farming for the last couple months to buy her precursor. I transferred her almost 300 gold (through our personal guild bank account) to help her buy it. This is the only reason I can figure for the account being suspended. I earned that money through farming the Clockwork Chaos events, and my account will show that.
