yesterday night i m in the game and play normally , after midnight game stopped and crashed with message about my account banned with error 45 . why? after i send one ticket to support . i didn’t make nothing wrong and hope someone can resolve the problem

I see that you have sent a ticket quite quickly. That´s the right path to go as they are the ones who can help you effectively in resolving this issue. 
Just give them a little bit of time till they deal with your incidence.
