Why can't we comment on forum moderation?

I wanted to post a reply on a https://forum-en.guildwars2.com/forum/game/gw2/Are-all-MMO-forums-like-this/page/2#post452290 but it was already closed.
Is expressing our opinion on forum usage and the work of forum moderators against some rule, or something?
I already had one of my posts deleted so I would only like to know if we are even alowed to talk about those things?

Hello everybody,
as it has already been stated in the other thread, moderation has the intention of keeping these forums nice and friendly for users to post about relevant issues.
And your feedback is appreciated, of course.
However, this thread if off-topic and it will unfortunately be locked.
