Who to email about forums?

Hi,
I am looking for some guidance on whom to email about forums? The email address that is given to you when you have been infracted or a thread you have posted in has been closed never receives a response. Ever. I am actually looking to converse with a human being that will take my concerns into consideration.

Please do not immediately lock this thread without providing me guidance on where I can speak with someone about the forums. Locking this thread arbitrarily and copying/pasting the canned response is exactly what I feel needs to change in these forums. Im not looking for the ’run of the mill canned response that is given to people about how to get in contact with the forum mods because a response is never received.

Any help is appreciated.

I clear out the [email protected] mail box each day (except weekends) and respond to all appeals & queries. Is that the email address you’re using?

I just checked your account and a response was sent to your inquiry on 3/12/13. CC.Dalmarus responded to your appeal and closed the ticket. There were no replies submitted by you.

You submitted appeals on two other tickets, which were created when you replied to Infraction/Warning PMs in June. One was closed, as you only replied to that PM with profanity. The other was replied to by CC.Shiloh.

If you have another ticket which is outstanding, you can submit a brand new appeal.
