I recently submitted a report to support, but as I have 2 emails, one for game and one for forums which are both connected to my account name, which email should you use? email attached to game or forum? I made the assumption the email attached to game as it seemed the most appropriate. Is that correct?

Yes, the team who helps you with a support issue will want your log-in name, that is, the email address associated with your game account.
