8/26/2012 – I bought the game.
8/26/2012 – 9/5/2012 – I enjoyed the game.
9/5/2012 – My Guild asked me to transfer on server Seafarer’s Rest. In “Chose server” menu I chose Seafarer’s Rest and click on “Transfer”. After that game client is crashed.
9/6/2012 – I create ticket 120906-003626.
9/18/2012 – It has been 12 days. During this time I had a number of tests and found out the following:

1. My account no works on my PC. My friend’s account works well on my PC.
2. My account no works on my friend’s PC. My friend’s account works well on my friend’s PC.

Obviously, the problem is not in the computer and not the game client. Problem in account.

BUT! All these 12 days technical support staff insisted that I have a problem with the drivers for the video card and sound card.

My drivers did not prevent me from playing with the date of purchase to the date of transfer.

Why is the solution to my problem were sent unqualified staff?
Maybe because I’m Russian?

Please do NOT submit another ticket. That will delay things, not help.

Please post your 12-digit incident number in the Tickets for Review post above. Give the details you’ve provided here and we can get this examined again.

Keep in mind that different game elements put different "loads’ on a computer. I know of a certain video card the will freeze up in Guild Wars when the player enters a specific map. This is a system problem that appears to be a game problem, and that may be what Technical Support is seeing with your report.

We will be happy to review if you add it to the review thread. Thanks.
