Where to report hackers?

I ran into a speedhacker today, made some screens as he rushes away , but I can’t seem to find a report area for it, can any1 help? :/

Thanks for your concern. You have to ways: you can email your screenshot with a complete report to [email protected] or you can also send a ticket with a pic and a description.
