Where is my HoM Portal Stone?

I linked my GW1 and GW2 accounts just fine, and I have decent number of rewards already unlocked. However, after creating my first character in GW2, I don’t have the title, portal stone, etc. for having the link. What am I missing? I obviously unlocked the HoM in GW1 EotN, and like I said the HoM tracker on this site correctly shows what I’ve unlocked so far.
