It sounded like a nice addition since I knew nothing of GW2. But where is it?

You should receive a PDF of the guide via email. Could you check your registered email account and see if it arrived? If not, url=http://support.guildwars2.com]contact Support[/url] by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page and I believe that they will be able to assist you. (They may need to refer you to Brady Guides support, but I recommend you start with our team.)
