Where can I report guild bank thieves?

The name of the thief, edited emptied the guild vault and left the guild. How can I report this to get them banned/suspended? The items themselves are not what is important here. I did report in-game for scamming but not sure if that is enough.

Hello Turial.

reporting him for scamming was right. However, you you can also write a ticket to Customer Support, providing them with a more comprehensive description of this episode and that screenshot. That should work.
