When/if character name changes are coming?

Just in case the topic is cut off a little, the question is when/if name changes are coming for money/gems. May as well add character appearance to the list as well. I’d just like to know if this is in the works or not, hopefully from a dev.

No, for the moment we are not contemplating to add this feature to the game.
