Yeah my title says it all. Uhm, is there patch notes anywhere?
60 minute long down time is pretty long for this game considering the other downtimes.
What was Oct. 3rd maint about?

No, you will not find any patch notes as we always announce each of them on the announcement subforum and in the main forum page. Some maintenance procedures require more time than others to be done.
