what to do if you suspect..

What do you do if you suspect that an account has been hacked?

I have a friend who bought the game shortly after launch but stopped playing around Desc ’12- now suddenly I see his character logged in.
At first I was really glad and said hi- because he used to be in my family guild, but he instantly logged off.

I see his character online at strange times and he has never responded to any of my in game whispers or messages.
He just logs off

I just saw him at the bank in DR now.

Is there anything I can do about this because I honestly think his account has been hacked

If this account was hacked, I’m sure we’ll hear from the account owner. Contacting us because you believe someone else has been hacked isn’t really a prudent use of agent’s time because we would only be able to help the owner directly.

I appreciate your concern; I think it’s very nice of you to want to help but I don’t think submitting a ticket of this nature would be effective.
