What is Anet doing against hacking in wvwvw and in general?

I see a clear silence from them on the hacking threads. You can see they read and communicate with pretty much any other thread but mention a flying guy or a dissapearing orb and you wont get any word from them. They actually banned some people for talking about it so yes, they read them.

I certainly do not like the way they are ignoring this.

And its fine to ban hackers but after the damage is done, the damage is done. So the question anet is: I know you are banning hackers, but will you do something against hacking itself? Can you make it a bit more harder for people to hack?

I see several reports, specially about GoM server. You have pictures, videos, etc. Im pretty sure you banned that guy already. But you leave the points and the orb where the hacker left them. Why not resseting the points when you notice a hacker?

If a hacker can damage the game is irrelevant if its banned or not because the damage was done already. Sure, you ban it, but it will come another one and the next week wvwvw will be ruined. And the week after that week.

Banning people is not the root of the issue, the issue are some stuff like speed being calculated client side. And those are the obvious ones. Who knows what other more subtle hacks are happening? For example is someone boosts their speed 33% you wont notice it. You could think its just a trait or something. But that boost is enough to disrupt the game.

Reporting and banning wont take us anywhere. We need direct action on the hacking issue and repairs to the damage done. If someone steals the orb with a hack, deduct points or something.
