What happened to my GW2 Hat?! :(

So I just realized today that ever since the update on the 15th that introduced the wardrobe I haven’t been able access any of my character’s town clothes. Most importantly the Guild Wars 2 Hat that I got for either preordering the game or linking accounts. Don’t remember exactly how or why I got it but I had it and now I don’t seem to have it anymore which is very upsetting. Can anybody shed some light onto this? Am I just missing something? Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated!

My apologies. That’ll teach me to ask on map chat next time before posting in the forums. I was told to go to the Black Lion Armorsmith in any major city and convert my town clothes to skins. Thank god I have my GW2 hat again!

To any moderators, if you feel this is informative leave it up. Otherwise feel free to delete this post. I would delete it myself if I had the option.

Thanks for updating, and I do think that leaving this in place would be good, as others with the same first reaction will benefit from the info you’ve shared.

I know I’m bumping an old thread but, I have this problem where I had the ceremonial hat and (maybe I deleted it before April) but even after talking to the Black Lion Trader I never got it, I even got the Witch’kitten which I don’t remember ever having it. Hopefully someone can help
