Is there a ways to set off the weather effects like snow and rain ?
the reason im asking is it will increase fps for me and others who need it
its not for pve my fps is fair enough there but in WvWvW with the snowstorm and battles my fps greatly drops to 11 fps its unbearable if there`s no option to do it i would like to see this in som future patches who knows :P
