I found GW2 for only 35€,

is http://guildwars-2-gold.net/GUILD-WARS2-EU_GameCards.html a safe and legit site?
Would I be able to play without getting banned?

Hello,

As you can see in this list, this website doesn’t appear as an official retailer.

Therefore I would advise you to not buy the game via this website as it could lead to problems afterwards.
