Viewing Past Scorecards

I believe we need some facility for reviewing past PvP scorecards short of having to screenshot them all. As it stands, you’re hardly given enough time to fully digest the current post-game scorecard before you get kicked out of the instance.

This could be an amazing tool for helping to build the community in PvP. For example, looking back at past cards would enable us to identify those players who are usually active when we are online and/or those with whom we tend to gel/win/not rage. This would greatly facilitate players making new friends and forming tPvP teams, the value of which cannot be oversold.

Apart from the social benefits, it would be extremely useful for players looking to analyse their own effectiveness over time with different classes and builds. If you really wanted to impress the PvP community (jk) or build upon this capacity in the future, you could incorporate graphs and all kinds of statistical measures for players to drill further down into their own PvP metrics. I think an interesting example would be if you tied in leaderboard rank so we could see how that is affected by the outcome of each individual match.

Implementation-wise, a new tab in the PvP window would be perfect. Different views for tPvP and soloQ (and hotjoin if you like) that default to the latest game and can be navigated using a slider. I’d like to see it record the last 100 games per arena type, resources allowing.

I feel like there are a lot of quick wins here. Worth investigating?

This is one of our wish list items that we just never really have time to get to. Both live, detailed stats in-game for spectators and robust post-match summaries is definitely something we want one-day. Everyone loves graphs
