Very angry

I am angry and frustrated for numerous reason. Firstly, money and expensive account items have been continually taken from my account. I noticed this trend early on within launch. I initially assumed this was a fault of my own, perhaps I incorrectly gave to much on bids or accidentally deleted items. Few weeks following i noticed my mystic coins had disappeared. My initial reaction was that i accidentally deleted them, or perhaps I had been hacked. So, i changed my password, re installed GW2 and ran scans. I also attempted to follow up this with GW2 support. Well this was useless. Why? Attempting to get pass the verification system was almost impossible after countless attempts. I ended up giving up after the continually response of “incorrect password or user name”. I have 1 email assigned, 1 account user name, and 1 password. I continued to play knowing besides those issues, this was a great game. Well only today when i have been working hard to save gold for commander did i noticed gold had been taken from my account. I was working out how much gold i needed from my deposit, closed off, fought a serph, open back in and my gold just disappeared.

So now, I have gold and items been taken from my account, tried every avenue to rectify thus issue, and still can not get into touch with support.

Have you contacted support at all? Do you have a 12-digit incident or ticket number so that I can review this situation for you?
