Verbal abuse, what's being done about it?

Seriously, what can we do?

I’m a new player to sPvP, and while I’m a seasoned WvW player I am pretty kitten at PvP.

I shouldn’t have to have people kitten talk me an entire match because I was not assisting in stomping someone down.

I’ve heard reporting people has no effect, and it’s getting pretty ridicules that it’s expected nothing will be done about it.

There was even a case on reddit about someone being sexually harassed on several occasions and nothing being done about it when the person reported it.

So what’s the deal, when can we expect some better moderation?

If you feel a player is abusive in-game, please report them using the in-game ticketing system so our Customer Support team can properly investigate the issue and take any appropriate action.
